MH-AAC-CET stands for Maharashtra Applied Arts and Crafts Common Entrance Test. It is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Maharashtra State CET Cell for admission to Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) programs in applied art, painting and related disciplines at government and aided art colleges across Maharashtra.
This is one of the most directly accessible design entrance exams for students in Mumbai and the surrounding region. The colleges this exam leads to include Sir J.J. School of Art and Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Art in Fort, Mumbai.
The exam is primarily a drawing test, testing three types of drawing ability: object drawing, design drawing and memory drawing. A general knowledge and art awareness section is also included.
MH-AAC-CET is primarily a drawing exam. We build the drawing skill, the design sense and the exam awareness needed to score well across all sections.

BFA graduates work as Illustrators, Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Animators, Concept Artists, Visual Development Artists, Art Teachers and Museum Curators.
Top recruiters include advertising agencies, publishing houses, digital media companies, animation studios, gaming companies and film production houses.
Applied art graduates are increasingly in demand in UI/UX design, motion graphics, digital illustration and brand design — skills directly built during a BFA at a quality college.
MH-AAC-CET is a drawing exam and drawing is a skill that improves with the right feedback. Our faculty reviews individual work after every session, not just at mock tests.
