About the exam
What is NATA?
The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is the entrance exam for admission to B.Arch programs across India. It is conducted by the Council of Architecture and is the primary gateway for students who want to become architects.
NATA is conducted multiple times a year, typically from April to July, after board exams. Students can appear in both attempts in a single season and the higher score is considered for admission. This makes NATA one of the few entrance exams where a student gets more than one chance in the same cycle.
The exam is computer-based and tests three things: drawing ability and spatial visualisation, general aptitude and design awareness, and basic PCM at 11th and 12th level.
For B.Arch admission, a minimum of 50% aggregate in PCM in 12th grade is mandatory. This is a hard requirement from the Council of Architecture and cannot be bypassed.

Eligibility
Who can join our NATA coaching program?
- Students in 11th grade with PCM who want to start architecture preparation early.
- Students in 12th grade with PCM preparing for the upcoming NATA cycle.
- Gap year students with PCM targeting the next season.
- Repeaters wanting a better college through a stronger score.
You must have PCM as core subjects in 11th and 12th and score a minimum 50% aggregate. Maths is compulsory for architecture.
If you are strong in drawing but weak in Maths, do not let that stop you from enquiring. We will tell you honestly whether NATA is the right path for you.

What can you do with a B.Arch degree?
Architecture is one of India’s most respected and versatile professions. B.Arch graduates work in architectural firms, interior design studios, urban planning, real estate development, landscape design and government bodies.
Many B.Arch graduates start their own architecture practices or studios. Others pursue M.Arch or specialisations in urban design, sustainable architecture or landscape architecture in India and abroad.
